For Business Owners
Partnership Approach
Long-Term Stewardship
We acquire businesses to own them over the long term. There is no fund mandate, predetermined exit timeline or pressure to optimize short-term economics.
Continuity for Your Team and Customers
We are a relationship-first partner: continued service to the customers who rely on the business, expanded opportunity for the employees who built it and respect for the local identity it has earned.
A Transition on Your Terms
Length and level of involvement are set by you. We prefer control buyouts with extended transition periods, and we are flexible on structures that include meaningful equity rollover.
Operators and Advisors Alongside Capital
We draw on a bench of operators and executives for diligence, value creation and post-close governance. We work alongside the CEO inside the business rather than from a board seat.
What to Expect
Every process is different, but this is the path most take. Early conversations are confidential and carry no obligation.
-
Introductory Conversation
A conversation to understand the business, your timeline and what matters most to you in a transition. Many owners start here well before they are ready to act.
-
Mutual NDA and Information Exchange
We sign a mutual NDA and review high-level financial and operating information to assess fit against our criteria. If it is not a fit, we will tell you quickly.
-
Indication of Interest
A non-binding view on valuation and structure, so you can judge whether the terms are worth pursuing before either side invests significant time.
-
Letter of Intent
Agreed terms, exclusivity and a defined diligence timeline, so both sides know what the following months look like.
-
Diligence and Close
Focused diligence structured around your team’s bandwidth, supported by third-party advisors. We close on the timeline set in the letter of intent.
-
Ownership Transition
We embed directly in the business to execute the transition plan. The priorities are knowledge transfer, customer relationships, employee relations and onboarding the new CEO, whether promoted from within or recruited externally.
